What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager at Vantage, you will lead a team of engineers in developing and enhancing our cloud cost transparency platform. You will be responsible for overseeing the engineering process, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. Your role will involve setting clear goals for your team, conducting regular one-on-ones, and providing constructive feedback to help team members grow.

You will collaborate closely with product managers and other stakeholders to align engineering efforts with business objectives. This includes participating in product planning sessions and providing technical insights that inform product direction. You will also be involved in hiring and onboarding new team members, ensuring that they are integrated into the team effectively and understand the company culture.

In addition to managing day-to-day operations, you will focus on process improvement within the engineering team.
