What you'll do

You will be responsible for setting technical direction and ensuring that your team adheres to best practices in software development. This includes conducting code reviews, implementing testing strategies, and optimizing performance. You will also play a key role in recruiting and mentoring new team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

As an Engineering Manager, you will regularly communicate progress and challenges to senior leadership, providing insights into team performance and project status. You will also be involved in strategic planning, helping to shape the future direction of AI initiatives at Cloudflare.
