What you'll do

As a Software Engineer on the Assist Team, you will be responsible for building foundational new features that enhance the efficiency of customer support teams. You will develop product features from the ground up, focusing on creating AI-driven responses to support inquiries. Your role will involve collaborating closely with product managers and designers to ensure that the features you build meet user needs and improve overall satisfaction. You will also engage in code reviews and contribute to the team's best practices, ensuring high-quality software delivery. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers, helping them grow their skills and advance their careers.
