What you'll do

As the ProdSecOps Manager, you will lead the Product Security Operations team, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of vulnerabilities across Cloudflare's product suite. You will collaborate closely with external security researchers and internal teams to ensure that vulnerabilities are identified, assessed, and remediated effectively. Your role will involve developing and implementing security policies and procedures, as well as conducting regular security assessments to identify potential risks. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning. Additionally, you will work with engineering and product teams to integrate security best practices into the development lifecycle, ensuring that security is a priority from the outset of product design.
