What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Support Platform team, you will lead the architectural design and strategic integration of backend systems that underpin Cloudflare’s global support infrastructure. You will work closely with leadership across Product, Design, and Support Operations to ensure that the systems you develop meet the needs of both internal teams and external customers. Your role will involve analyzing existing systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that enhance performance and reliability.

You will also be responsible for mentoring junior engineers, sharing your expertise, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team.
