Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in financial services, particularly in subprime financing, and understand the nuances of guiding customers through complex transactions. Your experience in customer relationship management (CRM) allows you to effectively update customer details and manage documentation with precision. You are detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can support growth by upselling ancillary products.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to liaise effectively with lenders and customers alike. Your ability to set clear expectations and guide customers through the purchasing process is a key strength. You will be responsible for updating customer details in our CRM system, verifying and generating necessary documentation to facilitate smooth transactions. Your role will also involve submitting credit applications through systems like RouteOne and Dealertrack, ensuring that all processes are handled efficiently and accurately.

You will play a pivotal role in supporting Clutch's growth by upselling ancillary products, contributing to the overall customer experience and satisfaction. As you guide customers through the financing process, you will also work closely with various teams to ensure that all aspects of the transaction are seamless and customer-focused.

What we offer
