What you'll do

You will set clear expectations for your team and provide ongoing coaching to foster a culture that is customer-obsessed and accountable. Your role will involve driving store performance from the ground up, ensuring that every customer receives a standout experience. You will collaborate with various departments to align store operations with the overall business strategy, contributing to the growth and success of Clutch.

You will also be tasked with developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. This includes analyzing store performance metrics and making data-driven decisions to optimize operations.
