What you'll do
As the Retail Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations at Clutch's new retail location in Ottawa. You will greet customers as they arrive, guiding them through the process of picking up or selling their vehicles. Your role will involve ensuring that every customer receives a uniquely special experience, going above and beyond to meet their needs. You will lead a team of retail associates, providing training and support to ensure they are equipped to deliver outstanding service.
You will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the retail location, including inventory management and maintaining a welcoming environment.
