Who you are

You have a strong background in facilities management, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role overseeing operations across multiple locations. You understand the complexities of managing large-scale manufacturing environments, retail spaces, and corporate offices, and you thrive in creating efficient systems that enhance workplace operations. Your strategic mindset allows you to build and scale facilities functions from the ground up, ensuring that all locations operate smoothly and securely.

You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders. You are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace culture where all employees can succeed. Your ability to adapt to changing environments and challenges makes you a valuable asset to any organization.

What you'll do

As the Senior Manager, Facilities at Clutch, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of facilities management across a growing multi-location footprint. You will develop and implement standards and systems that ensure operational excellence and physical security in all facilities. Your role will involve leading a team dedicated to maintaining high-quality workplace environments that support the company's mission of providing a hassle-free car buying and selling experience.

You will work closely with other departments to align facilities operations with business objectives, ensuring that all locations are equipped to meet the needs of employees and customers alike.
