What you'll do

As the Senior Facilities Manager at Zoox, you will be responsible for the overall facilities operations at our growing HQ Campus in Foster City. This includes managing the maintenance and operations of R&D labs, office environments, and light manufacturing areas. You will lead a team dedicated to ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and meet the operational needs of the organization.

You will develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure that all systems are functioning optimally. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to understand their specific needs and ensuring that facilities support their operations effectively. You will also oversee vendor management, ensuring that all services provided meet Zoox's standards for quality and efficiency.

In addition to operational responsibilities, you will play a key role in financial management, developing budgets and tracking expenses related to facilities operations. Your ability to analyze financial data will help inform decisions about resource allocation and investments in facilities improvements.
