What you'll do

As a Senior AI Engineer at Cohere, you will be at the forefront of research and engineering, driving the development of cutting-edge code LLMs and agent systems. You will collaborate with a talented team to experiment with the latest technologies and methodologies, ensuring that our models are not only effective but also scalable and reliable. Your role will involve hands-on coding, as well as mentoring junior engineers and researchers to foster their growth and development.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing systems that can interact with the digital world, solving complex tasks with minimal human oversight. This includes conducting experiments, analyzing results, and iterating on your designs to improve performance. You will also engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements, ensuring that our solutions deliver maximum value to our customers.
