What you'll do

As a Member of Technical Staff on the Applied ML team, you will lead large-group projects from ideation to production — your role will involve planning, executing, and mentoring team members throughout the project lifecycle. You will work directly with customers to identify their greatest challenges and design tailored solutions using Large Language Models. Your ability to bring cross-functional alignment across engineering, product, and other disciplines will be crucial to the success of your projects.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the solutions you develop are not only technically sound but also meet the needs of the customers — this involves conducting thorough data analysis and leveraging your machine learning expertise to create impactful products. You will have the opportunity to mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge and helping them grow in their careers.
