What you'll do
As a Member of Technical Staff on the Integration/RL Team, you will be responsible for developing and scaling machine learning algorithms that enhance the capabilities of our AI models. You will work on optimizing post-training algorithms and implementing new tools that ease and support research efforts. Your contributions will directly impact the quality of our post-training codebase, ensuring that we deliver exceptional value to our customers.
You will collaborate closely with a diverse team of researchers and engineers, participating in the design and execution of experiments that push the boundaries of AI technology. Your role will involve writing production code, supporting research initiatives, and contributing to the overall success of the team.
