What you'll do

As the Machine Learning Manager at Cohere, you will lead the East Coast Applied ML team, guiding your engineers in the development and deployment of innovative AI solutions. You will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of your team, ensuring that projects align with the company's mission to scale intelligence for humanity. Your role will involve technical oversight, where you will provide guidance on best practices for building production-grade systems. You will collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs and translate them into actionable projects for your team.

You will also play a key role in mentoring and developing your team members, helping them grow their skills and advance their careers. Your leadership will foster a culture of innovation and excellence, encouraging your team to push the boundaries of what is possible with AI.
