What you'll do

As a Software Engineer on the Internal Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for building and operating Kubernetes GPU superclusters across multiple clouds. Your work will directly contribute to the development of industry-leading AI models that power Cohere's platform. You will collaborate with AI researchers to understand their workload needs and ensure that the infrastructure you build meets those requirements. You will focus on enhancing the stability, scalability, and observability of the systems you create, ensuring they can handle the demands of advanced AI applications.

You will also be involved in optimizing the performance of the infrastructure, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to improve efficiency. Your role will require you to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and cloud technologies, allowing you to bring innovative ideas to the team. You will participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall improvement of the team's development practices.
