What you'll do
As a Software Engineer on the Internal Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for building and operating Kubernetes GPU superclusters across multiple clouds. Your work will directly support the training and deployment of Cohere's foundational AI models. You will collaborate with AI researchers to understand their workload needs and ensure that the infrastructure meets those demands effectively.
You will design and implement tools that enhance the stability and scalability of the infrastructure. Monitoring and optimizing performance will be key aspects of your role, as you strive to provide a seamless experience for users of the AI models. You will also participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall engineering culture at Cohere, sharing your knowledge and expertise with your peers.
