What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Analytics Engineering team, focusing on building and maintaining reliable data sources that support timely and accurate decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with data engineers and data scientists to ensure that the data infrastructure is robust and scalable. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the development of analytics tools and frameworks that empower teams to leverage data effectively.

You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous learning. You will engage with stakeholders to understand their analytics needs and translate those requirements into actionable engineering solutions. As a senior manager, you will play a key role in shaping the direction of the analytics engineering function and ensuring alignment with Coinbase's broader mission.
