You have hands-on experience with tools like Snowflake and dbt, and you understand how to integrate data from various sources such as Salesforce and HubSpot. Your analytical mindset allows you to collaborate effectively with data analysts and business stakeholders, ensuring that the data you provide is accessible and actionable. You are comfortable exploring cutting-edge technologies and are eager to influence architectural decisions within your team.

Desirable

Experience with event analytics tools like PostHog and data quality monitoring solutions such as Monte Carlo is a plus. Familiarity with composable CDPs and reverse ETL processes will set you apart as a candidate. You are proactive in seeking out new technologies and methodologies that can enhance data practices within the organization.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the foundational data models that power insights across PandaDoc. You will collaborate closely with data analysts and business stakeholders to ensure that the datasets you create are trusted and accessible. Your work will directly impact strategic decisions around customer success, revenue growth, and product development.

You will leverage your expertise in Snowflake and dbt to design and implement robust data pipelines that integrate data from various sources, creating a unified view of customer journeys and product usage. Your role will involve implementing data governance practices, including PII auditing and data quality monitoring, to ensure the integrity and security of the data.

You will also have the opportunity to explore and implement cutting-edge technologies, such as composable CDPs and reverse ETL, to enhance the data capabilities of the organization. Your contributions will help shape the evolution of the data platform towards an AI-enabled future, driving high-impact analyses that inform key business strategies.
