What you'll do

As a Backend Engineer on the Staking Validators team, you will be responsible for onboarding, operating, and optimizing proof-of-stake network infrastructure at Coinbase. You will work closely with your team to ensure the security and efficiency of the largest validators fleet in the world. Your role will involve designing and implementing backend services that support staking operations, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall platform. You will also participate in team-wide offsites and contribute to a culture of collaboration and alignment. Your contributions will directly impact the future of the financial system, and you will have the opportunity to work on some of the most challenging problems in the blockchain space.
