What you'll do

In this role, you will act as a force multiplier for the COO, ensuring that priorities are advanced and that the COO can operate at peak efficiency. You will lead critical initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals, managing special projects that require cross-functional collaboration. Your responsibilities will include orchestrating COO responsibilities and engagements, allowing for a streamlined approach to achieving objectives.

You will be expected to participate in team and company-wide offsites throughout the year, fostering collaboration and connection among colleagues. Your presence at these events will be crucial for building relationships and ensuring alignment on key initiatives. You will also be responsible for tracking progress on various projects, providing updates to the COO, and identifying areas for improvement.
