What you'll do

In this role, you will partner closely with the COO to execute strategic projects and implement internal processes across multiple teams, including Trading Operations, Finance, HR, Legal, and Compliance. You will not only track progress but actively drive it, ensuring that initiatives are completed on time and within scope. You will establish the company operating rhythm, including goal-setting, leadership check-ins, and budgeting cycles, to facilitate decision-making and action.

Your responsibilities will include cross-team coordination, acting as a bridge between departments to remove blockers and avoid duplication of efforts. You will identify areas where growth creates friction and design simple, scalable processes to improve efficiency. Your role is crucial in maintaining alignment across the organization and ensuring that everyone is working towards common objectives.
