What you'll do
As a Complaints Analyst III, you will be responsible for accurately reviewing and responding to various types of complaints within established service levels. You will work closely with the Global Complaints team, which is divided into Consumer Complaints, Regulatory Complaints, and Litigation Support units. Your role will involve analyzing complaints, identifying trends, and providing insights to improve processes and customer satisfaction. You will also participate in team and company-wide offsites to foster collaboration and alignment, ensuring that you remain connected with your colleagues despite the remote nature of the role.
