What you'll do
As a Lead TMS Quality Compliance Analyst at Coinbase, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our global CX Compliance Operations function efficiently and effectively. You will oversee compliance processes, ensuring they meet regulatory standards while delivering high-quality resolutions to customer inquiries. Your responsibilities will include analyzing compliance data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices to enhance operational performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine compliance strategies, ensuring alignment with Coinbase's mission and values.
