What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Compliance Testing and Assurance function at Coinbase, responsible for planning and executing testing and monitoring activities. You will assess the effectiveness of compliance processes and controls, ensuring they are designed to meet regulatory requirements and support the company's mission. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. You will oversee the implementation of compliance testing methodologies and ensure that findings are communicated effectively to stakeholders. You will also play a key role in developing training programs to enhance compliance awareness across the organization. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of compliance and accountability within the team and the broader organization.
