What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the monitoring and testing activities for OKX Turkey, ensuring that compliance controls are effective and aligned with regulatory requirements. You will collaborate closely with the Global Head of Monitoring & Testing and the Head of Compliance for OKX Turkey to define compliance testing strategies and methodologies. Your work will involve designing comprehensive testing plans, executing compliance tests, and analyzing results to identify areas for improvement. You will also play a key role in reporting findings and recommendations to senior management, contributing to the overall compliance culture at OKX. Additionally, you will stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure that the compliance function remains proactive and effective.
