What you'll do

In this role, you will report directly to the Chief Accounting Officer and lead the company's Financial Reporting function. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with SEC regulations and driving the consistent application of accounting policies across the organization. You will collaborate closely with various departments to enhance the financial reporting process and ensure accuracy and transparency in all financial communications. You will also play a key role in risk management and reporting, helping to identify and mitigate financial risks.

You will lead a team of finance professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to help them grow in their careers. You will foster a culture of collaboration and excellence within your team, encouraging innovative thinking and problem-solving. Your leadership will be crucial in navigating the complexities of financial reporting in a rapidly evolving industry.
