What you'll do

As a Senior Engineering Manager at Coinbase, you will lead one of the Data Platform teams within the Platform Product Group. Your primary responsibility will be to guide your team in building a scalable and compliant platform that supports the company's mission of increasing economic freedom. You will oversee the development process, ensuring that your team adheres to best practices in software engineering and data management.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define the roadmap for your team and prioritize initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team members, helping them grow in their careers while delivering high-quality solutions.
