You possess excellent collaboration skills, working closely with engineering, finance, and product teams to translate business objectives into actionable data strategies. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders makes you an effective partner in cross-functional initiatives. What you'll do

As the Senior Manager, Data Platform at Vanta, you will roadmap and evolve the architecture of our Snowflake-based data warehouse, ensuring it scales to support real-time analytics and compliance with FedRAMP standards. You will hire, train, and develop a world-class team of data engineers and analytics engineers, providing hands-on mentorship and establishing a collaborative environment. You will champion a security, compliance, and privacy-first mindset across all data ingestion, storage, transformation, access, and observability processes.

You will collaborate with various teams, including AI, Strategic Finance, Revenue Operations, and Data Science, to ensure that our analytics stack meets the business needs today while preparing for future growth. Your role will involve implementing role-based access controls, column-level encryption, and detailed audit logging to deliver a zero-trust data warehouse. You will also be responsible for monitoring compliance with security standards such as SOC 2, HIPAA, and ISO 27001, ensuring that Vanta remains a trusted partner for our clients.
