What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the Institutional product group, you will lead a team of engineers dedicated to building secure and scalable solutions for institutional clients. You will oversee the development of custody solutions that enable large financial institutions to participate in the crypto economy safely. Your role will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and design, to ensure that the solutions you build meet the needs of your clients. You will be responsible for setting the technical direction of your team, mentoring engineers, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will also play a key role in hiring and developing talent, ensuring that your team is equipped to tackle the challenges of the evolving financial landscape.
