What you'll do

As a Product Manager II on the DeFi Lend team, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy and roadmap for Coinbase's lending products. You will collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to develop features that enhance user experience and drive customer engagement. Your role will involve conducting user research to understand customer needs and pain points, allowing you to prioritize features that deliver the most impact.

You will define success metrics for your products and analyze performance data to inform future iterations and improvements. Your ability to synthesize feedback from users and stakeholders will be crucial in refining product offerings and ensuring they meet market demands. You will also be involved in A/B testing and experimentation to validate hypotheses and optimize product performance.

In addition to product development, you will play a key role in communicating the value of your products to internal and external stakeholders. This includes creating product documentation, conducting training sessions, and participating in marketing efforts to promote new features. You will be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings, ensuring that Coinbase remains a leader in the DeFi space.
