What you'll do

As a Product Manager II, you will own the roadmap for the CB1 Member Experience, focusing on enhancing customer loyalty and satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to develop innovative features that meet the needs of nearly one million members globally. Your role will involve conducting user research, analyzing customer feedback, and defining success metrics to guide product development. You will also be responsible for prioritizing initiatives, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring alignment across teams. Your contributions will directly impact the growth and success of the CB1 membership program, making it a market leader in the industry.
