Who you are

You have over 10 years of experience in technology, financial services, or fintech companies, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role within a Marketing function. You have a demonstrated track record of delivering on growth metrics, such as web traffic, leads, client conversions, and revenue generation. Your understanding of managing a complex portfolio of products with multiple brands and customer audiences is exceptional. You are skilled in managing budgets and making trade-off decisions based on quantitative analysis and product outcomes. Your strong project management capability and attention to detail set you apart. You have experience in growing passionate user or developer communities to catalyze market adoption of technologies. You excel at managing a complex, remote-first team with diverse backgrounds and opinions, and you approach collaboration with senior stakeholders with a variety of reasoned views and expectations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will define objectives for the Marketing function in partnership with senior leaders and the leadership team. You will drive the implementation and execution of marketing strategies and tactics to achieve key results set on a quarterly and annual basis. Empowering Marketing team leads across business units to succeed in their roles and deliver commercial outcomes across the product suite will be a key focus. You will also empower Local and Community Management teams to grow the addressable market for CoinMarketCap products and the overall ecosystem. Instilling a culture of practice, performance, and data orientation through consistent project management across various assets will be essential. Additionally, you will support and enable the Brand and PR teams to tell a compelling narrative about CoinMarketCap and its role in the emergence of the decentralized web.
