You will turn ambiguous ideas into a clear MVP, defining scope, constraints, and success metrics. Your prototyping skills in Python will be crucial as you validate the value and quality of AI experiences before they are shipped to production. You will own the prompts and context engineering aspects, focusing on instruction design, context shaping, and output formatting.

You will build practical evaluation loops, including golden sets and qualitative rubrics, to ensure the AI features meet user needs effectively. Your role will also involve designing the AI user experience, ensuring it is clear and resilient. You will run fast experiments, learn from real outputs, and iterate quickly to enhance the product continuously. Collaboration with engineering will be key as you partner to productionize and scale validated MVPs, ensuring a smooth transition from prototype to full-scale deployment.
