Who you are
You have a strong background in product management, particularly in AI, and are comfortable navigating ambiguous problems end-to-end. Your experience includes building tool-using and agent-like workflows, and you have a keen interest in cryptocurrency. You can point to tangible examples of prototypes or features you've built, showcasing your ability to turn ideas into validated outcomes.
You are skilled in prototyping with Python, and you understand the nuances of prompt and context engineering. Your ability to identify user pain points and translate them into clear MVPs is a key strength. You thrive in environments where you can run fast experiments, learn from real outputs, and iterate quickly based on user feedback.
What you'll do
In this role, you will identify the biggest user pain points where AI can materially improve outcomes in the crypto space. You will turn ambiguous ideas into a clear MVP, defining scope, constraints, and success metrics. Prototyping full AI experiences in Python will be a significant part of your responsibilities, allowing you to validate value and quality before shipping to production.
You will own prompts and context engineering, focusing on instruction design, context shaping, and output formatting. Building practical evaluation loops will be essential, as you will create golden sets, scenario coverage, qualitative rubrics, regressions, and acceptance criteria to ensure the quality of AI features.
Designing the AI user experience will also be part of your role, ensuring it is clear, trustworthy, and resilient. You will partner with engineering teams to productionize and scale validated MVPs, ensuring a smooth transition from prototype to production.
