Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data to inform decisions and measure the impact of marketing initiatives. You are proficient in tools like Google Analytics and have experience with A/B testing to optimize campaigns effectively. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with design, product, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

What you'll do

As the Growth Marketing Lead at CoinTracker, you will own the marketing channels that fuel our growth. You will develop and implement strategies across paid media, affiliates, SEO, and lifecycle marketing to drive measurable acquisition and retention. Your role will involve analyzing performance metrics and conducting experiments to continuously improve our marketing efforts.

You will partner with various teams to ensure that marketing initiatives are aligned with product development and user experience. Your insights will help shape the direction of our marketing strategy, and you will be responsible for reporting on the effectiveness of campaigns to leadership. This is a high-autonomy role where your contributions will directly impact the company's growth trajectory.

What we offer
