Who you are
You have a strong background in growth marketing, ideally with 5+ years of experience in FinTech or API-first companies. Your expertise includes orchestrating marketing strategies that drive lead generation and revenue growth, and you are comfortable managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment. You have experience marketing to both developers and bank executives, showcasing your versatility in targeting different audiences. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to leverage data to inform your marketing decisions and optimize campaigns effectively.
You have a proven track record of building customer advisory boards or similar high-touch community programs, demonstrating your ability to foster relationships and engage with key stakeholders. Your communication skills are exceptional, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales and product management. You are passionate about creating impactful marketing strategies that resonate with customers and drive business results.
Desirable
Experience in performance marketing and familiarity with tools like HubSpot or Marketo would be a plus. You are also knowledgeable about the latest trends in digital marketing and are eager to implement innovative strategies that enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.
What you'll do
As the Growth Marketing Lead at Method Financial, you will own the marketing revenue number and be responsible for the strategy, execution, and reporting of marketing initiatives. You will design, manage, launch, and optimize multi-channel growth experiments to connect Method with its ideal customers. Your role will involve orchestrating the pipeline of high-quality leads and opportunities for the sales team, ensuring that marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.
You will collaborate closely with the go-to-market (GTM) team to build Method's growth engine, focusing on outbound growth, field marketing, paid advertising, and account-based marketing (ABM). Your analytical mindset will help you assess the effectiveness of various marketing channels and campaigns, allowing you to make data-driven decisions that enhance performance.
You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining marketing dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on the success of marketing initiatives. Your insights will guide future marketing strategies and help the team achieve its growth targets.
What we offer
