What you'll do
As an Early Talent Sophmore Intern, you will partner with the recruiting team to facilitate smooth communication and ensure a positive experience for all interns. You will help maintain candidate databases and tracking systems, supporting data-driven decision-making in the recruiting process. Your role will involve engaging with various functions within the company, allowing you to gain exposure to different aspects of talent operations and employer branding.
