You are an active duty service member enrolled in the Skillbridge program, eager to gain practical experience in a fast-growing tech company. You possess a collaborative spirit and are ready to engage with the recruiting team to enhance the intern experience. Your curiosity drives you to ask questions and seek feedback, ensuring a positive environment for all.
You understand the importance of communication and are prepared to act as a brand ambassador for Confluent. You are detail-oriented and ready to help maintain candidate databases and tracking systems, supporting the overall efficiency of the recruiting process. You are excited about the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and contribute to the growth of the Early Career Recruiting Team.
What you'll do
As an Early Talent Intern, you will partner seamlessly with the recruiting team to ensure a positive and engaging experience for all interns. You will facilitate smooth communication, provide timely updates, and act as a brand ambassador for Confluent. Your responsibilities will include maintaining candidate databases and tracking systems, supporting data management efforts, and gaining exposure to various aspects of recruiting, talent operations, employer branding, and early career program management.
You will have the opportunity to take ownership of real projects and work closely with mentors who are invested in your growth. This internship will provide you with valuable insights into how recruiting functions are built, scaled, and delivered in a tech environment. You will learn about the dynamics of team collaboration and the importance of diverse perspectives in driving innovation.
