Who you are
You have a strong background in event management and technology, with experience in selecting and managing event platforms like Swoogo, Splash, or RainFocus. Your ability to translate complex technical requirements into seamless experiences for attendees sets you apart. You thrive in collaborative environments and are skilled at coordinating with AV vendors to ensure high-quality streaming for virtual and hybrid events.
You possess excellent problem-solving skills and are comfortable managing the end-to-end lifecycle of event platforms. Your experience with data integration between event platforms and internal systems like Salesforce and Salesloft allows you to create efficient workflows that enhance the attendee experience. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for configuring registration workflows and session catalogs.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the tech stack that powers Confluent's internal and external events. You will oversee the selection, implementation, and management of various event technologies, ensuring that they meet the needs of both attendees and stakeholders. Your role will involve coordinating with AV vendors to deliver high-quality streaming experiences and ensuring that all technical aspects of events run smoothly.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate event platforms with internal systems, facilitating seamless data flow and enhancing the overall event experience. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously will be crucial as you navigate the complexities of event production and technology integration. You will also be expected to provide insights and recommendations for improving event technology processes.
