Enable is hiring a Senior Manager, Events to lead and scale their events program. You'll own the strategy and execution of enterprise-focused events while collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing. This role requires hands-on leadership and experience in event management.

You have a proven track record in event management, with experience leading teams and executing successful corporate events. Your strategic mindset allows you to define priorities and manage budgets effectively, ensuring that every event aligns with company goals and enhances the customer experience. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders to support complex buying journeys. Your leadership style is hands-on, and you enjoy being deeply involved in the planning and on-site delivery of events.
You possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail, enabling you to manage multiple events simultaneously without compromising quality. Your ability to build and lead a growing events team is complemented by your excellent communication skills, which help you foster relationships with vendors and internal teams alike. You are adaptable and can navigate the challenges that come with event planning in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
