What you'll do

As an FP&A Intern at Confluent, you will partner with the Finance & Strategy team to build analytical models that support strategic initiatives. You will contribute to the financial planning process, gaining insights into how financial planning works within a tech company. Your role will involve collaborating on cross-functional initiatives that drive process improvements across the organization.

You will also support investor relations during earnings release periods, helping to communicate the company's financial performance effectively. This internship will provide you with hands-on coaching and a variety of work experiences that will enhance your business, personal, and technical skills.
