What you'll do

As a Program Planning and Operations Intern, you will work closely with program managers and engineering leads to support the organization and tracking of activities across various phases of engineering projects. You will build and maintain integrated project schedules using Smartsheet and other tools, ensuring that all milestones are tracked effectively. You will assist in coordinating lab readiness plans, equipment delivery timelines, and vendor dependencies, contributing to the smooth execution of projects. Additionally, you will analyze operational data and propose process improvements to enhance scheduling and execution efficiency. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain insight into the operations behind large-scale engineering programs, from planning through delivery.
