Who you are
You are a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and customer engagement. You thrive on deep account research and creative prospecting, actively generating and qualifying pipelines to support long-term partnerships with key customers. You understand the importance of collaboration and communication, and you are committed to driving incremental revenue through strategic expansion within existing accounts.
You possess a strong ability to identify new personas and surface fresh use cases, ensuring that you are not just booking meetings but genuinely contributing to the growth of the company. Your approach is characterized by asking hard questions and giving honest feedback, fostering a team environment where everyone can succeed together.
What you'll do
In this role, you will execute targeted, high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns within a dedicated list of strategic named customer accounts. Your primary focus will be on identifying expansion opportunities and uncovering new use cases within existing accounts. You will engage with various stakeholders, conducting thorough research to understand their needs and how Confluent's solutions can address them.
You will be responsible for driving the sales process from initial contact through to closing, ensuring that you maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be crucial as you work to expand Confluent's footprint within these accounts. You will collaborate closely with other teams to align on strategies and share insights that can enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
