What you'll do
In this role, you will execute targeted, high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns within a dedicated list of strategic named customer accounts. Your primary focus will be on identifying expansion opportunities and generating qualified pipelines. You will actively engage with existing customers to surface new use cases and drive deeper relationships, ensuring that Confluent's solutions are effectively utilized to meet their evolving needs.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer success, to align on strategies that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. Your ability to analyze account data and market trends will be crucial in identifying potential growth areas and informing your outreach efforts.
