What you'll do

As a Senior Technical Program Manager at Confluent, you will drive the end-to-end delivery of critical technical projects, such as Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery. You will be the key force-multiplier within the engineering organization, leading initiatives that are vital to the company's success. Your role will involve establishing operational excellence by setting clear KPIs and ensuring that all teams are aligned and working towards common goals.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Security teams to build the foundational 'central nervous system' for modern enterprises. Your leadership will be crucial in navigating complex projects and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of program management, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
