You excel in communication, serving as a central hub for updates and alignment among diverse teams, including engineering, product, and design.

You are skilled in risk management, proactively identifying and mitigating potential issues while ensuring clear accountability among stakeholders. Your collaborative approach fosters effective decision-making and alignment, enabling teams to work together seamlessly towards common goals. You are passionate about optimizing processes and championing best practices in program management.

Desirable

Experience with tools like Asana and Jira is a plus, as they help you manage projects effectively and keep teams aligned. Familiarity with security and compliance initiatives will also be beneficial in this role, as you will be involved in critical programs that shape the future of the product and business.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and drive the end-to-end execution of large, complex technical programs, such as core platform migrations and new product launches. You will work closely with engineering, product, and design leadership to define program scope, objectives, success metrics, and realistic delivery schedules. Your ability to implement and refine program management best practices will be crucial in increasing engineering efficiency.

You will serve as the central communication hub, providing regular updates to executive leadership and cross-functional partners. Your proactive approach to risk management will ensure that potential issues are identified and addressed early, maintaining alignment and accountability across all stakeholders. You will facilitate effective collaboration among diverse teams, including Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, to drive successful outcomes.
