What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer II, you will play a key role in building the next-generation compute substrate for Confluent Cloud — your responsibilities will include designing and evolving APIs that facilitate workload management across various cloud service providers. You will work on multi-cluster workload orchestration, ensuring efficient workload placement and lifecycle management.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate your solutions with the broader Confluent Cloud platform, optimizing operations for seamless end-to-end functionality. Your work will directly impact how data moves and is processed in real-time, enabling companies to react faster and build smarter.
