Overview

Confluent is hiring a Team Lead for their Global Scale team to maximize customer value across the entire customer journey. You'll lead a team of Solutions Engineers and Customer Success Managers, focusing on operational excellence and customer success in the LATAM market.

You have a strong background in customer success and technical leadership, with experience in managing teams that span both pre-sales and post-sales disciplines. You understand the importance of maximizing customer value and have a proven track record of developing talent and driving operational excellence. Your leadership style is collaborative, and you thrive in environments where diverse ideas come together to create innovative solutions. You are passionate about data streaming technologies and how they can transform businesses. You possess excellent communication skills and can articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. What you'll do

In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and developing a high-performing team of Solutions Engineers and Customer Success Managers.
