Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in software engineering with expertise in Java and React β your experience includes leading teams and making architectural decisions that align with business objectives. You are hands-on and enjoy mentoring others, ensuring that best practices in coding and engineering are followed throughout the development cycle.
You have familiarity with cloud solutions, particularly AWS, and understand the importance of observability, scalability, and security in software development. Your experience includes working on large-scale projects, especially in financial contexts, which gives you insight into the unique challenges and requirements of such environments.
What you'll do
As a Technical Lead at CI&T, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in the development of innovative solutions that enhance user experience in the financial sector. You will guide the team in defining and sustaining engineering standards, ensuring that all code is of high quality and adheres to best practices.
