What you'll do
As the Program Coordinator, you will play a critical role in understanding and improving the experiences of community members. You will spend time with members to gather insights about their needs and experiences, conducting user interviews and utilizing surveys to collect feedback. Your strategic problem-solving skills will be essential as you respond to emerging community needs, prioritizing interventions based on their impact and urgency.
You will collaborate closely with the operations team to implement enhancements to programs and spaces, ensuring they effectively serve the researchers and organizations supported by Constellation. Your responsibilities will include designing and refining the end-to-end member experience, including onboarding flows and event planning. You will also help run events, ensuring they align with community needs and expectations.
